Series Scope and Content Summary
This series document the records produced by Don Edwards District Office located in San José for the years 1966 to 1995; the bulk of the records span the 1970s through 1990s. The records include some general biographical information, correspondence, district profiles, press clippings from local newspapers, including articles from the San José Mercury News, campaign history from 1966 to 1992, and political commendations, awards and plagues that Edwards received during his long-term career in Congress.
