Scope and Content of Collection
The San José State University Office of Continuing Education Records (1954-2000) consist of catalogs, schedule of classes, brochures, pamphlets, class descriptions, schedules, and posters pertaining to the Continuing Education program. The records also include materials advertising classes, various student movements and campus events. Programs offered by the Office of Continuing Education include: Open University, Winter Session, Summer Session, Certificate Proframs, Professional Development Courses, Television Education Network (TEN), International Travel Programs, and Field Studies in Natural History. Schedule of classes and course descriptions are included in this collection.
