Series Scope and Content Summary
Rod Diridon received numerous awards from various community organizations during his six terms in office as a public official. This series contains his many commendations and awards as well as many of his public relations materials including photographs, newspaper clippings and memorabilia. The bulk of this collection consists of reports for the CalTrain System, Guadalupe Corridor Light Rail Project, Fremont-South Bay Corridor (BART to Silicon Valley) Project, Tasman Corridor Light Rail Project, Vasona Corridor Board and others.
