The files in this series document Diridon’s role in implementing policies specific to environmental protection and transportation planning county wide. In addition, he promoted a number of policies that focused on the community, including the controversial policies of the Adult Entertainment Ordinance. Diridon also participated in the Commission on the Status of Women.
