The files in this series document Diridon’s role in implementing policies specific to environmental protection and transportation planning county wide. In addition, he promoted a number of policies that focused on the community, including the controversial policies of the Adult Entertainment Ordinance. Diridon also participated in the Commission on the Status of Women. Additional contents in this series contain procedures, correspondence, meetings and agendas, reports, administration plans, grants, budgets, contracts, resolutions, blueprints, trolley restoration and amendments.
