Scope and Contents
This series includes Bisceglia’s research materials and notes on various topics. The bulk of these materials focus on English history and the pacifism movement during World War II. Notable subjects include the No More War Movement, Norman Angell, the Internationalism Peace Movement, Lord Ponsonby, and the British Empire. Research material and time period for these topics date back to the 1920s and 1930s. Bisceglia’s personal notes and correspondence regarding his research dates from 1971-1981. Non-document items include an artifact labeled as originating from Sutton Hoo and a scrapbook of newspaper clippings on the No More War Movement.
