This series contains materials relating to Blanca's work at the state and local levels of the Mexican American Political Association (MAPA). This series is composed of subject files, correspondence, administrative materials, newspaper clippings, and other ephemera. The dates range from 1973 to 1998, but the bulk of the materials are from 1979 to 1981.
