This series is comprised of administrative files that include correspondence, financial records, legislative files, as well as several organizational manuals. Much of this series consists of files related to numerous grants that Parents Helping Parents (PHP) applied for and received under Poyadue's leadership. These grants allowed PHP to broaden their focus and form partnerships with other healthcare organizations, such as Kaiser Permanente. This series also contains legislative material, primarily testimony given by Poyadue, which documents the commitment of PHP to improving conditions for the disabled and their families and care providers.
