This series consists of Grassi’s academic materials from both her time as a student and as a teacher at various institutions, galley proofs and publication materials relating to her books, grant applications, presentation and workshop materials, and published poetry, articles, and reviews. Series III also includes a small number of materials relating to other professional roles held by Grassi. The galley proofs of her books and series of drafts for her poem Celibacy are especially useful in understanding Grassi's writing process, while many of the other materials in this series speak to her various interests and accomplishments.
