Scope and Contents From the Series:

This series is arranged by format and in some cases by date. It consists of three boxes of oversized materials, such as Sahl's photo-essay book, "Day of Mourning," (box 38) matted photographs, and over 100 oversized, non-matted photographs of the GLBT community. Of note in this series is a photograph of Cleave Jones, Gray Davis, Art Agnos and Milton Marx at an anti-discrimination march in 1980.

Scope and Contents From the Series: This series is arranged alphabetically by subject and, in some sections, by date. The collection consists of over 6000 photographic prints that document the San José gay community's activities, meetings, parties, parades, political meetings and rallies, "Imperial Courts", and other events. In addition to the contact prints and duplicates, the collection also includes all of the original negatives.
